Professional athletes are icons in their communities. Their stories of triumph and legend live on in the hearts of their spectators. They are paid to perform. In fact, they are paid well by many standards. But, isn’t true that we all are paid to perform? Does that mean we are the absolute best at our jobs? Don’t we need to be inspired, rewarded and recognized for our efforts?

The Cleveland Browns’ training facility is where the players spend the majority of their time. It becomes their office, workout facility and place of learning. The Cleveland Browns commissioned TRAIT to design the interior graphics and enhance the players’ morale and experience. TRAIT created a commemorative mural for the Football Hall of Fame on the main entrance of the grounds. The Browns’ signature stripe elements and colors were applied to all the interior structures, and unique sub-brands were created for the various departments.

Virtually every aspect of the facility was covered with NFL and BROWNS imagery. Fresh talent and experienced professionals are able to see that they are part of something larger – a team. They can see that their efforts will be remembered and have an empowering sense of unity. After the success of the training facility, TRAIT has gone on to produce other unique pieces such as menus, emblems and booklets.
